WHAT'S THE BURN TIME FOR BIJOU CANDLES?
Our 8oz candles burn for up to 25 hours. Our 1.6oz candles burn for up to 8 hours. To prolong the burn time of your Bijou candle, we suggest burning them for no more than 4 hours at a time.
WHAT TYPE OF WAX DO YOU USE?
Our wax is a signature soy blend carefully crafted to achieve the optimal burn and fragrance.
WHAT TYPE OF WICK DO YOU USE?
We use a cotton wick with a paper core, anchored by a metal base that allows the flame to automatically extinguish when it reaches the metal base.
WHAT TYPE OF FRAGRANCE DO YOU USE?
We use carefully curated oil blends that create distinctive and delicate notes, unique to Bijou.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. We will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your order as it makes its way to you.
IS SHIPPING FREE?
We are pleased to provide free shipping for orders $20 and above to addresses within the contiguous United States. For U.S. orders below $20, we charge a $5 flat rate fee for shipping and handling. If you live outside the contiguous U.S., we offer affordable international shipping rates via USPS.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we can ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International. Rates and delivery times vary by country so please email email@example.com to arrange the shipment with us directly.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
If you need your order to arrive within 2-4 business days, we can offer expedited shipping via FedEx or UPS at an additional cost. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange expedited shipping.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you love your Bijou candle as much as we do. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement within 30 days of your original order date. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. To begin the return process, please email email@example.com.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED BIJOU. WHAT DO I DO?
If you have received a damaged or defective Bijou candle, please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org for our QA team, and we will ship you a replacement right away.
