Shipping & Returns
We are pleased to provide free shipping for orders $20 and above to addresses within the contiguous United States. For U.S. orders below $20, we charge a $5 flat rate fee for shipping and handling. If you live outside the contiguous U.S., we offer affordable international shipping rates via USPS.
We can ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International. Rates and delivery times vary by country so please email email@example.com to arrange the shipment with us directly.
If you need your order to arrive within 2-4 business days, we can offer expedited shipping via FedEx or UPS at an additional cost. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange expedited shipping.
We hope you love your Bijou as much as we do. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement within 30 days of your original order date. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. To begin the return process, please email email@example.com with the following information: order number, name, email address, and reason for return.
Refunds will be issued for the full amount of the purchase only -- shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for online refunds to be processed, and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If you have received a damaged or defective Bijou product, please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org for our QA team, and we will ship you a replacement right away.
