Name: Kim Le Pham

Age: 35

Education:  University of California, Los Angeles

You're a full time blogger, photographer, and owner of an online boutique. How do you manage all of this?

It helps to be organized and plan ahead for big photo shoots, campaigns, and events. I have learned how to prioritize but also delegate. I'm very blessed to have an amazing team and husband!

What is a typical day like at work for you?

The best part of my job is the fact that every day is different.  One day I can be meeting with our fashion suppliers to curate beautiful pieces. Another day, I am directing our latest lookbook and my weekends are usually spent helping my husband photograph weddings! I love the flexibility of my jobs and that every day poses new opportunities and challenges.

When did you realize you wanted to start your own online shop, Morning Lavender?

I wanted to open an online shop shortly after I started my own fashion blog, Lace and Locks. I was shopping even more than I usually do and I noticed there weren't many boutiques that had feminine, affordable and beautiful clothes. So I decided, ‘Why not start it myself?’

How do you relax from all the hustle and bustle?

Eating! I love trying new restaurants and eating is a great way to unwind from a long day.

We’re obsessed with your fashion blog! How would you best describe your style?

My style is feminine and modern. I like to style classic, romantic pieces and bring in current trends to my looks as well.

What's your advice for other aspiring female entrepreneurs who would like to start their own business?

I always tell people you never know unless you try. You might come across challenge and failures, but you can only learn from them and grow stronger and better.

Your favorite piece from Morning Lavender:
Our Amelia Maxi Skirt! It has so many beautiful layers of fabric and I love a great skirt you can twirl in!

Words to live by:
"What is done well is done in love."
