If you live outside the contiguous U.S., we offer affordable shipping rates via USPS. Available rates and transit times will be automatically calculated during checkout.
We offer international shipping via USPS International. Available shipping rates and transit times will be automatically calculated during checkout based on the size of your order and shipping destination.
If you need your order to arrive within 2-4 business days, we can offer expedited shipping via FedEx or UPS at an additional cost. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange expedited shipping.
We hope you love your Bijou as much as we do. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement within 30 days of your original order date. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please email email@example.com to start the return process.
Refunds will be issued for the full amount of the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for online refunds to be processed, and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If you received a damaged or defective Bijou candle, please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org for our Quality Assurance team, and we will ship you a replacement right away.
