Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders $50+ that ship within the 48 contiguous states. If you live outside the contiguous U.S., we offer affordable shipping rates and transit times that will be automatically calculated during checkout. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 3-6 business days for us to process your order. As soon as your package is ready to ship, you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number. While we can't guarantee delivery times, orders typically deliver within 5-7 business days from when we ship your order. Once packages are in the hands of the carrier they are no longer in our control. The tracking information provided to you is the same information available to us.

I received tracking but it hasn't updated. Where is my package?

Rest assured your package is on its way. Tracking may not update until your package is scanned at your local carrier. 

Tracking shows much package has delivered, but I can't find it. What do I do?

Please check to see if your package was retrieved by another member of the household, with a neighbor, or left by the carrier somewhere on your property. Please contact the carrier as soon as possible to see if they have and further information about delivery of your package.

Packages are often marked as delivered when they are indeed still en route. Most packages will be delivered within the next few business days.  

We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can this be updated?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to orders that are placed on our system. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address before submitting your order. Bijou does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. 

Do you ship internationally?

We regret that we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. Tag us @bijoucandles to let us know where you live and we will work to bring Bijou to you in the future!

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns.

Please note, Bijou Candles reserves the right to refuse all returns.

In the event that a product arrives damaged, we will send replacements for damaged/missing products reported within 7 days of receipt of the package. Please email hello@bijoucandles.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damaged item(s) and shipping box along with a description of the issue and your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. In the event that an item is unavailable for replacement, we will issue a store credit or refund at the customer's discretion. 

Can I exchange an item?

At this time, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.

My order is being returned to Bijou, what do I do?

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Bijou, it is typically due to insufficient address information or the location cannot be safely reached by the carrier. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:

  • The shipping address does not exist
  • The shipping address is misspelled
  • The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
  • The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
  • The addressee has moved
  • The addressee has refused the package

Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. Please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.

I received my order but it arrived damaged, what do I do?

We know how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we want to make every order perfect for our Candle Coven! Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is broken, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item, please email hello@bijoucandles.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damaged item(s) and shipping box along with a description of the issue and your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.

If by change you receive the wrong item, please do not open that item.

Does Bijou issue refunds?

For out of stock items, we issue refunds in the original form of payment if any items on the order sell out and we are unable to replenish in a timely manner.

    Please Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
