Bijou reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our website.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us or to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear, in our sole judgment, to be placed by dealers, resellers, competitors, or distributors. The prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

Pop Culture and Intellectual Property
Bijou's designs are original artwork inspired by pop culture. Unless a product is marked as an official collaboration, Bijou is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any studio, network, artist, or person referenced in our products.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Contact us first. If you have a concern, email hello@bijoucandles.com and we will try to resolve it with you. You and Bijou agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days before starting a formal proceeding.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Bijou agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, our website, or any product purchased from us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration and not in court. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules or, if it is unavailable, by another provider you and Bijou agree on. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
Class action waiver. You and Bijou agree that each of us may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims. You and Bijou each waive the right to a jury trial.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@bijoucandles.com within 30 days of your first purchase after the date above. Include your name, mailing address, and a statement that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.
Governing law. The Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Delaware govern these terms. Any claim that is not subject to arbitration must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
