This October full moon is here to bring the ENERGY! This moon in Aries will definitely bring the fire, which means intense feelings will arise. You may feel pushed to the limit by recent events in your life, this moon is here to help you set boundaries but giving you that little extra push.

You may notice that fear and uncertainty have been standing in your way. Aries assertive energy will awaken the warrior within and help you to navigate with confidence. Now is the time to reassess where you're headed and take concrete steps to get there.

Our Full Moon Ritual

Step 1: Cleanse Your Energy


In order to receive this full moon's message, take a moment to cleanse your space of any negative energy. We like to do this with scented candles, that complement our energy, as we can keep them lit throughout the ritual to help keep the mood lifted and open.

Step 2: Meditate

Make yourself comfortable, close your eyes and focus on your breath. Imagine all of your stress draining from the soles of your feet. Allow the full moon's energy to enter through your head and let it slowly fill your body with warming energy. In this focused state, allow yourself to receive any insights on your pathway forward. 

Step 3: Write It Down

After meditating, grab a pen and paper and write down your goals moving forward. Have they changed since earlier this year? If so, adjust your intentions going forward. Maybe your goals haven't changed but you don't feel like you're on the right path. How can you recalibrate to get on the right path? This might mean making some difficult decisions or setting up new boundaries. Allow Aries' fire to fuel your spirit and make those changes. 

After you've finished, extinguish your candle using a wick dipper or candle snuffer. You never want to "blow" away your intentions (plus, it's way better for your candles!).
