Witch's Brew: Homemade Tea Recipes

Witch's Brew: Homemade Tea Recipes

I recently had brunch with the Bijou crew at this fantastic NYC restaurant called Westville. The three of us have been on a health kick and haven’t been indulging in boozy brunches lately, so when we saw the “health tea” on the menu we had to try it. The waitress described it as a potion of herbs and fruit, which was right up our alley. It was absolutely delicious and gave us all a nice boost. I immediately bought the ingredients to make it at home. I’ve also been inspired to make other homemade tea drinks that are so yummy and good for you. It’s a nice way to treat yourself and feel like you’re making your very own health potion. An added bonus is how nice these teas make your house smell. Let’s drink up some of my new favorite witch’s brews!
