LGBTQ Owned Businesses to Support All Year Round!

Pride Month is a great time to discover new LGBTQ owned businesses to support. As a queer owned business ourselves, we love to see the outpouring of love and support during Pride, and hope to keep spreading the love for a full 365 days a year! Check out the following LGBTQ owned businesses to discover some really amazing treasures!

Stuzo Clothing

Stuzo Clothing is a unisex or “gender free” clothing line started by Stoney Michelli & Uzo Ejikeme. And why shouldn’t clothing be gender free? Feel free to express yourself in these fabulous duds that range in style from tops that proclaim, “Yup, Still Gay!”, to fabulous lace button downs with matching joggers. This brand is fave of Lena Waithe and Ruby Rose, so you’ll be in very chic company.

Kirrin Finch

Kirrin Finch was founded by Brooklyn-based couple Laura Moffat and Kelly Sanders Moffat with a mission to deliver gender-defying fashion by creating menswear-inspired apparel designed to fit a range of female and non-binary bodies. All of their shirts take on the name of a tom boy character (like the Monae and McKinnon). On top of that, their brand practices sustainability, using natural fabrics and producing their products in the USA.

Automic Gold

Automic Gold was founded in NYC by wives Al and Kiera with a mission to make radically wearable fine jewelry. Not only is their jewelry super cute, but they practice sustainability and eco-friendly manufacturing processes all in the USA. All of their jewelry is made from high quality materials and it doesn’t break the bank!

Noto Botanics

“NOTO is a natural, fluid in gender, multi-use cosmetic line that is packed with uncomplicated yet high performing natural & organic ingredients.” Founder Gloria Noto sought to create products that reflected the changes she wanted to see, not only in the products she makes, but with inclusivity in the wellness industry. Noto’s Agender Hair and Body Oil is a non-profit product, with 100% of the profits going toward rotating organizations like Planned Parenthood, The LGBT Youth Center, and Women’s Center DTLA. They are really taking how we define wellness to the next level!

Bijou Candles

This list wouldn’t be complete without mention of yours truly! We founded Bijou with the mission to deliver amazingly scented, affordable luxury candles that you can use every day. Our 100% soy and vegan candles are hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality and minimize waste. We strive to constantly inspire and be inspired by women in our lives and throughout history. That’s why we name our candles after women, because we truly believe "Women are magic."
